This week Kate Simcock, a lawyer and former Greenpeace campaigner, will share some of her experiences with environmental and climate litigation. Her work over the years includes legal challenges to oil drilling permits, seabed mining permits, the Ruataniwha dam, the Sarah Thompson case, and the criminal prosecution by MBIE against Russel Norman and Sara Howell.
She will also talk about how to use the law in your own campaigns.
